Pathetic service

Terrible company, dont care about their customers, dont train their employees, leave people stranded due to their own internal "policies" which have no bearing on reality, and give you a $15 meal voucher as compensation. No place to review them on Google, no one to contact, no one cares at all. Wish I could never fly with this company again but of course with so little competition this will probably continue to be a recurring theme.
