I thought I’d seen the worst app ever, but then I discovered Air Canada
The app is a poorly designed wrapper for the mobile web site. It expires your session frequently and navigation is obscure.
It seems like you’ve never hired a UX team, because who in their right mind bothers an end-user with things like “Your phone is low on memory, please reboot it to continue.”
First, this should never be an issue, secondly, what do you think your non-technically savvy users are thinking when they read that? Maybe that their phone is broken even!
