Other airline apps appeared first, but they had not gotten it right. This one is really complete. And user-friendly.

I find Air Canada one of the bests airline app. The features are useful and the app never closes unexpectedly and also doesnt freeze. Congratulations Air Canada for the great work, keep it up.

How can an app updated with failing performance? Try to check in and keep having connection error. Before the update it was much smoother and easier. Why they update into something new and it fails?

I hope the AC Pilots are better than the IT Programers. Who does the recruiting and performance measures anyways? HR?

If you like to spend 30 minutes registering and punching in your information only to lose it all in an error page and only to start all over again; then this app is for you!! Very frustrating!

Displays an error when trying to select seats with no information about how to correct the problem. This app might have been ok 4 years ago but by todays standards it is unacceptable, especially for an established airline like Air Canada. Customers deserve better.

The app used to be very good but to as usual to save costs they cut corners. They no longer need to "develop" or update software as all the app is doing is directing you to a web page within a shell of an app. Because of that they can no longer save your information with the passport info. This is a huge pain and the overall interface looks and feels exactly what it is; a webpage rendered into an "app". Very disappointing.

Perhaps its not just the app, but the website too. Whenever we try to check in, the website comes back unavailable. Same with the app, incredibly frustrating when youre on a tight time frame and dont want to waste time....

Tried to check in and do a seat change. The app charged me $60 and did not provide a boarding pass. It keeps crashing before going to the confirmation page. I wish I had read the reviews before downloading it.

Go into app, key in four digit code (really, AC? Every time???). Go to find flight, add booking reference then get back every search my TA has done in addition to the flight I booked. WTF? Really?

Can not check in from app for flight. Never get to the point where you can add the boarding pass to the wallet. Always crashes around the baggage part of the process.

Extremely glitchy, half the pages come up with an error. Doesnt shed a great light on this company.

This app sounds like a good idea. However it keeps notifying you of useless information. However useful information such as a cancelled or delayed flight, NO notification! Whats the point???

The app is broken. Clicking the check-in button goes to an error page for example. I was able to add my flight details with my booking ID but the app doesnt appear to do anything with it. When I tried to check my baggage allowance the buttons didnt do anything. I am using an iPhone 6s. Crap App.

Cant find the button to add the flight to my wallet.......

This app is a piece of flying dung crap... Except it doesnt fly for very long as you will soon see that none of your booked flights show up. Just use their website. Honestly Id much rather drive a rusty old bike around everywhere while wearing a fanny pack and picking my nose and eating it than have this horrible excuse of an app. Piece. Of. Trash. Dont use it until they decide to make a real app. In fact, thinking about it now, they probably just payed the flight attendants an extra few cents and an ice cream sandwich to make an Air Canada app. Excuse me, I meant air canada. This doesnt deserve caps.

Can no longer download offline database. Gives error. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling app but it still will not work. Please fix.

Another thing not working on this app. Does Air Canada even care that their app has broken features?
