Terrible company, dont care about their customers, dont train their employees, leave people stranded due to their own internal "policies" which have no bearing on reality, and give you a $15 meal voucher as compensation. No place to review them on Google, no one to contact, no one cares at all. Wish I could never fly with this company again but of course with so little competition this will probably continue to be a recurring theme.

totally worthless. checking in will fail partway through and lose all of your info. the developers should be ashamed of themselves for making their customers lives worse.

One of the worst app that Ive seen. It is a crude web-view, wrapping a web page to make it looks like a app, but it really is it not. Things take forever to load, randomly hangs (complete with 404 error pages) and has no flight pass functions. Do your self a favour and just use the website.

Schedule wont update. Hasnt updated in over a month.

What happened? Any fix planned??? Other than that its ok....just barely.

Downloaded the app in hopes of using the entertainment. Neither of my flights were even equipped to offer it.

This app is useless. Dont bother. You can never check in.

It always used to, doesnt work on iPhone or iPad.

Its getting better. Adds to calendar now on iPhone. However it is glitchy and not intuitive. The add to wallet is a search the first time. There are far better airline apps like United, Lufthansa even Delta. Look at what the competition is doing AC developers. You have much catching up to do. I have been an AC Elite member for 15 years and see all the airline apps. With out many choices in Canada for airlines, it eliminates competition. Dont be complacent and ask Calvin for a bigger budget.

Comes up as an app that links to wallet, but it doesnt.

This app has caused me nothing but trouble, it wont save key information, didnt add my aeroplan info on my booking.......the list goes on and on. Previous user is right, it should just be a phone number because youll be on the phone with them to fix what this app will do to your travel booking. Save yourself time and stress, dont bother with this app.

Loses communication... Always delayed... Check in process rarely works well.....Similar to airline actually

The mobile boarding pass was not viewable. Whats the point if it does not show.

Cant easily figure out how to add a boarding pass to Apple wallet.

This app is horrid. The usability is very poor. It confuses the user with three different aircanada, mobile plus and aero plan. The flight history doesnt show, and after much tinkering, I still cant figure out how to mobile check in. It really is a miserable little app.

Bugs in login process - app doesnt support special characters like +*^ (but the web form for password reset does). Unhelpful error messages. Bad usability. Please start over.

Tried to check-in using this app in the car on the way to airport. Writing this review from the check-in line at the airport because the Kiosks dont have my info. If you cant get that right...

Couldnt check in on international flight; wouldnt save my information - had to re-enter each time, then it referred me to call for further assistance...which resulted in no help at all! This surely must be a BETA app under development, or Air Canadas IT Dept and app developer must be too eager to get it onto the App program - cause it doesnt do any job except frustrate the user! Come on Air Canada - get it working before release.

App doesnt always connect to AC wifi on flights and movie selection is terrible and outdated. Needs to be revamped if you expect it to keep up with the AC Rouge brand.
