It doesnt allow me to have it in English it downloads in French and does not have the option to change language

Wastes far more time than it benefits. Requires usernames and passwords for everything and you still need to do everything at the airport anyway. Clearly no thought at all was put into the app just as no thought at all is put into making the airline experience any better. Its a pathetic joke.

Still cant sign-up/reset a password with an email that ends with ".me". Its my email and its a valid one. Ive been promised this will be fixed with the next update, and this update contains a reference to this in the notes, but its still not fixed. Ive been asking for a fix for TWO YEARS now.

The algorithm on the backend used to book a flight is flawed; it overinflated prices and often shows economy seating as being oversold, whereas if you go to the same flight on the desktop you can find plenty of available seats. The desktop and mobile accounts dont sync, so your reservation in one doesnt work on the other.

You guys should pull this "app" off the App Store and devote resources to building a decent mobile site.

No information available on ACs frequent flier program, Altitude. I cant determine my status nor my Star Alliance status. This seems like basic functionality app should offer.
