Useless!

Useless!
Checked-in online, and missed the flight!

When I spoke to the supervisor, she said "You have to be here earlier" while I had to print my boarding pass due to the Useless app error and not allowing for a iPhone boarding, for some reason. I tried to use the self check-in machine 94 min before the flight but again refused to print anything (Boarding car/bag tags). Stood in the queue for 90 min due to understaffing.
