Better than some but not as good as most

Its impressive that Air Canada has passbook integration (when it works)...but the app itself is bug-plagued and is not nearly as good as the best-in-class apps from United and Luftansa, for instance. But if I compare it with less advanced airlines like KLM, SAS (which doesnt even have an app) or US Airways...the app is OK.

It has good features and is easy to use, but when those features dont work...it doesnt count and makes the airline seem second-rate.
A lot of times I just get a communications error when trying to accomplish something. Poor testing.
